SHIPPING POLICY

We offer FedEx shipping for orders from Europe, UK, USA, Canada. For shipments to Australia, New Zealand, Estonia and Lithuania we use national postal service. For local shipments in Latvia we use Omniva.

If we don't ship to your location, please use the Contacts page and we'll arrange a custom order.

Once your order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 2 weeks. Delivery times vary depending on your location but typically take 4–7 business days with FedEx and a couple of weeks to Australia and New Zealand. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

If your order is shipped within the EU, there are no additional charges — the price you see at checkout is the final price. For deliveries outside the EU, your country’s customs office may apply import duties, taxes, or handling fees. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient.

RETURNS POLICY

If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery and we will issue a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect. In case of a damaged package we will either replace it or refund it. Please contact us about any issues and we will do our best to resolve it!
